HELENA, Mont. – Montana Tech, Providence (Mont.), and Dickinson State (N.D.) were selected to the fourth installment of the 2025-26 Erck Hotels/Frontier Conference Women’s Volleyball Players-of-the-Week. The conference announced the volleyball weekly honors Monday.
Attacker of the Week: Kinnidi Willmore, Montana Tech
Willmore, a senior outside hitter from Claremont, Calif., was chosen as the Attacker of the Week.
Willmore hit .483 and piled up 33 kills in No. 21 ranked Montana Tech’s 2-0 Frontier Conference opening road trip. She had 14 kills (4.7 kills per set) and hit .545 in MT’s 3-0 sweep at Mayville State (N.D.).
She followed up with a team-best 19 kills (3.8 k/s) and .444 hitting percentage in Orediggers’ 3-2 victory at (RV) Valley City State (N.D.).
This is Willmore’s first career Erck Hotels / Frontier Conference Player of the Week award.
Setter of the Week: Bella Thompson, Providence (Mont.)
Thompson, a senior setter from Kapahulu, Oahu, was named as the Setter of the Week for the second straight week.
She surpassed 3,000 career set assists in leading the 5
th ranked Argos to a pair of 3-0 road sweeps in the Frontier Conference opening weekend. Thompson averaged 11.0 assists per set with 12.7 assists per set in UP’s sweep over (RV) Carroll (Mont.). She also posted a double-double in the match with 14 digs.
She tallied 19 digs (3.8 digs per set) and four service aces for the week.
This is Thompson’s 13
th career Erck Hotels / Frontier Conference Player of the Week award.
Defender of the Week: Carmen Pallone, Dickinson State (N.D.)
Pallone, a sophomore middle blocker from Hardin, Mont., was selected as the Defender of the Week.
She anchored the Blue Hawks’ defense to a 3-0 Frontier Conference opening week, including a pair of 3-2 victories over No. 24 Dakota State (S.D.) and No. 3 Bellevue (Neb.).
Pallone totaled 15 blocks (1.5 blocks per set), registering five total blocks in each of DiSU’s three home matches.
She recorded four solo blocks and a block assist versus Bismarck State (N.D.), one solo block and four block assists against DaSU, and five solo blocks against BU.
This is Pallone’s first career Erck Hotels / Frontier Conference Player of the Week award.
