HELENA, Mont. – Caroll (Mont.), Dickinson State (N.D.), and Providence (Mont.) each had a recipient to the second edition of the 2025-26 Erck Hotels/Frontier Conference Women’s Volleyball Players-of-the-Week, announced Monday.
Attacker of the Week: Lauren Heuiser, Carroll (Mont.)
Heuiser, a junior middle hitter from Helena, Mont. was chosen as the Attacker of the Week.
She helped (RV) Saints in an undefeated weekend at the Big Sky Challenge, going 4-0 record. She led in kills, finishing the weekend with 47 kills. She averaged 3.6 kills per set.
Heuiser posted 15-plus kills in three set sweeps over Campbellsville (Ky.) and Evergreen State (Wash.), while hitting .327 for the week.
This is her first career Erck Hotels / Frontier Conference Player of the Week award.
Setter of the Week: Rylee Kogolshak, Dickinson State (N.D.)
Kogolshak, a junior setter from Hardin, Mont., was named as the Setter of the Week for the second consecutive week.
She accumulated 161 set assists and averaged 10.7 per set as the Blue Hawks went 3-1 in the Siouxland Invitational. She passed the 1,000 career assist mark in 3-1 victory over Doane (Neb.).
Kogolshak added 20 kills (1.3 k/s) and 43 digs (2.9 d/s). She registered three double-doubles and seven service aces in the tournament.
This is her second career Erck Hotels / Frontier Conference Player of the Week award.
Defender of the Week: Kyra Saiers, Providence (Mont.)
Saiers, a junior defensive specialist from Valley Springs, Calif., was selected as the Defender of the Week.
She tallied 21 digs in UP’s 3-1 victory over No. 21 ranked Nelson (Texas), followed by 18 digs (6.0 d/s) despite a 3-0 setback to No. 5 Eastern Oregon. She added 19 digs (6.3 d/s) in 3-0 sweep over Taylor (Ind.).
Saiers amassed 67 digs and averaged 5.2 digs per set in the Big Sky Challenge for the 10
th ranked Argos, who finished the tournament with a 3-1 record.
This is her first career Erck Hotels / Frontier Conference Player of the Week award.
