HELENA, Mont. — Rocky Mountain (Mont.)’s Natasza Klimko and Bellevue’s Hayden Delaloye were named the Erck Hotels/Frontier Conference Golfers of the Week following tournament victories last week at the Comet Frontier Invitational.  The third installment of the league’s golf weekly awards was announced Tuesday.

Women’s Golfer of the Week
Natasza Klimko, Rocky Mountain (Mont.)

Freshman I Wrzesnia, Poland

Klimko earned her first collegiate individual title with a dominant performance at the Comet Frontier Invitational.

Klimko posted rounds of 70 and 74 to finish the 36-hole tournament at even-par 144. She claimed medalist honors by seven strokes in the 43-player field.

Her performance also helped Rocky Mountain capture the team championship in the eight-team tournament.

This is Klimko’s first career Erck Hotels/Frontier Conference Player of the Week award.

Men’s Golfer of the Week
Hayden Delaloye, Bellevue (Neb.)

Bellevue’s (Neb.) Delaloye captured medalist honors at the Comets Frontier Invitational, held Sept. 21-22 at the par-72, 7,000-yard Wildflower Golf Course at Fair Hills Resort in Detroit Lakes, Minn.

Delaloye fired three consecutive under-par rounds of 69, 66 and 71 to finish at 10-under-par 206 and win the 45-player tournament by one stroke.

He opened with a 3-under 69 before carding a tournament-low 6-under 66 in the second round. His 66 featured seven birdies, including six on the front nine. He entered the final round two strokes off the lead at 9-under 135.

Starting his final round on No. 11, Delaloye recorded four consecutive birdies on holes 12-15 and added birdies on Nos. 2 and 8 to secure the individual championship with a final-round 71.

Delaloye’s performance helped Bellevue finish second in the eight-team field at 1-over-par 865. Rocky Mountain (Mont.) won the team championship at 18-under 846, while Montana Tech placed third at 41-over 905.

This is Delaloye’s first career Erck Hotels/Frontier Conference Player of the Week award.
