KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Two Frontier Conference teams were listed on the 2026-27 NAIA Men’s Golf Coaches’ Top 25 Preseason Poll, announced Friday (Aug. 21).

Rocky Mountain (Mont.), the preseason favorite to win the 2026-27 Frontier Conference Men’s Golf title, was ranked No. 18 with 224 points.  The Battlin’ Bears won the conference title for the second straight year last spring in Phoenix, Ariz.

Bellevue (Neb.) received votes recognition (RV) to the national poll.

The 2026-27 Frontier Conference Golf Championships return to Pagano Golf Club in Phoenix, with the dates to be announced later. 

The NAIA Men’s Golf National Championship will be held in Fayetteville, N.C., on May 18-21, 2027.

The Preseason edition of the 2026-27 NAIA Men’s Golf Coaches’ Top 25 is the first of seven this season in NAIA men’s golf, including two fall ratings – Oct. 16 and Oct. 30 – and a spring ratings schedule that begins March 25, concluding with the final rating of the season May 6 ahead of 2027 NAIA Men’s Golf National Championship
