HELENA, Mont. – The Frontier Conference has announced Friday that 34 women’s golf student-athletes from seven conference programs as Academic All-Conference, presented by Billings Clinic and Logan Health.
Carroll (Mont.) and Mayville State (N.D.) each landed seven recipients on the conference academic list. Montana Tech, Providence (Mont.), and Rocky Mountain (Mont.) each added five scholar-athletes to the list. Dickinson State (N.D.) recorded four recipients and Valley City State (N.D.) added a recipient.
To be eligible for the award, student-athletes must be at least a sophomore in standing and carry a minimum 3.25 cumulative grade point average (GPA).
The Frontier Conference Women’s Golf Tournament will begin on Monday with a practice round, followed by a pair of tournament days on Tuesday and Wednesday. The conference golf tournament is being held at Papago Golf Club in Phoenix, Ariz.
