HELENA, Mont. – The 2025-26 Erck Hotels/Frontier Conference Golfers-of-the-Week return for the spring edition.  Montana Tech swept the eighth edition of the golf weekly awards, announced Tuesday by the conference office.

Men's Golfer of the Week: Trey Mattson, Montana Tech Mattson, a senior from Missoula, Mont., was selected as the Men’s Golfer of the Week.

Mattson led Montana Tech men’s team with a 17^th-place tournament finish at the Warrior Spring Classic in Clarkston, Wash.  He was 7-over 223 strokes in the tournament. 

Mattson shot 72 strokes in the first round, followed by 77 strokes in the second round and 74 strokes in the final round.

This is Mattson’s first Erck Hotels/Frontier Conference Men’s Golfer-of-the-Week honor.

Women's Golfer of the Week: Kodie Hoagland, Montana Tech Hoagland, a senior from Butte, Mont., was selected as the Women’s Golfer of the Week.

Hoagland led Montana Tech women’s squad to a third-place finish at the Warrior Spring Classic in Clarkston, Wash. 

She placed seventh at 19-over-par 163 strokes and made a team-best three birdies in the tournament.  The Orediggers finished third as a team in the tournament.

This is Hoagland’s second Erck Hotels/Frontier Conference Women’s Golfer-of-the-Week honor.
