KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Rocky Mountain (Mont.) became the fourth Frontier Conference team to be listed on the 2025 NAIA Women’s Cross Country Coaches’ Top 25 national poll, the national office announced their fourth edition of the cross-country poll Thursday afternoon.
Two Frontier Conference teams remained the same inside the NAIA’s Top 25, while two other league teams are listed in the receiving votes (RV) section.
Montana Tech stayed at No. 17 ranking with 260 points. The Orediggers were ranked inside the Top 25 in all five editions this season.
Carroll (Mont.) also remained at No. 20 edition with 204 points.
Rocky Mountain entered the national poll in the receiving votes section with 19 points.
Dakota State (S.D.) also received seven points in the receiving votes section.
Eleven Frontier Conference teams are preparing for the upcoming Cross Country Championships next Friday at Amend Park in Billings, Mont., hosted by Rocky Mountain. The women’s 6K race is set for 11:30 a.m. (Central Time)/10:30 a.m. (Mountain Time).
The winner of the conference cross country race will receive the automatic bid to the 2025 NAIA Cross Country Championships at Apalachee Regional Park in Tallahassee, Fla., on Nov. 21.
The final NAIA Cross Country Top 25 national ranking is scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 11, to determine the at-large bids to the national meet.
