With the selection, Metcalf becomes the 13th women's golfer in program history to earn All-American honors, and the third Battlin' Bear to do so since 2023. Metcalf, originally from Arlington, Washington, capped off a stellar career as a Battlin' Bear with her first career All-American honor. She ranked in the top 50 in the NAIA individually for the entire season, according to Clippd Player Rankings, peaking at #19. She finished the season ranked No.47 overall, putting together an adjusted scoring average of 76.1. The senior totaled three tournament victories this season, including her second consecutive Frontier Conference Individual Championship, earning Frontier Conference Player of the Year honors. She also totaled six top-three finishes on the season, totaling a 438-124-18 head-to-head record against NAIA competition. She's the first Battlin' Bear women's golfer to earn All-American honors since 2023, when Valentina Zuleta (First Team) and Claire Wright (Second Team) both earned national honors. Metcalf was the only Frontier Conference Women's Golfer on this year's NAIA All-American teams. Leading the charge for the entirety of the season, Metcalf anchored a Battlin' Bear team that secured their fifth consecutive Conference title, as Metcalf graduates after being a part of a conference championship team in all four seasons of competition. In 2026, the senior helped lead the Battlin' Bears to a 22nd-place finish at the NAIA National Championships.
