BSC and RMC collect 2025-26 Erck Hotels/Frontier Conference Women’s Basketball Players-of-the-Week honors for the second straight week

HELENA, Mont. – Bismarck State (N.D.) and Rocky Mountain (Mont.) collected the 2025-26 Erck Hotels/Frontier Conference Women’s Basketball Players-of-the-Week honors for the second straight week, the sixth edition of the weekly honors were announced by the conference office Monday.

Offensive Player of the Week: Kennedy Stormer, Bismarck State (N.D.)

Stormer, a senior guard from Mandan, N.D., was selected as the Offensive Player of the Week.

She provided the bulk of the offense for the Mystics in 93-85 road setback at Dickinson State (N.D.).  She poured 34 points on her 12-of-25 field goals and hit 4-of-10 from the 3-point arc. 

Stormer added five assists and five rebounds (two offensive) to round out her performance.

This is Stormer’s second career Erck Hotels / Frontier Conference Player of the Week.

Defensive Player of the Week: Isabelle Heggem, Rocky Mountain (Mont.)

Heggem, a sophomore forward from Winifred, Mont., was selected as the Defensive Player-of-the-Week.

She recorded a pair of double doubles in No. 15 ranked Rocky Mountain’s (Mont.) 1-1 record weekend in Carroll (Mont.) Thanksgiving Classic against two ranked opponents.  She registered four blocks and eight defensive rebounds in RMC’s 74-53 victory over No. 21 ranked Oregon Tech.

Heggem added 10 defensive rebounds, a steal, and a blocked shot in Battlin’ Bears 71-61 setback to No. 10 ranked Lewis-Clark State (Idaho).

She averaged 17.0 points and 12.5 rebounds per game (9.0 defensive rebounds per game) for the week for Rocky Mountain.

This is Heggem’s third career Erck Hotels / Frontier Conference Player of the Week.
