KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Four Frontier Conference football teams remained ranked inside the Top 25, the latest STADIONIC NAIA Football Coaches’ Top 25 Poll was released Monday by the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA).

College of Idaho highlighted the conference contingent, moving up two spots to a tie for No. 1 with Keiser (Fla.). The Yotes received five first-place votes and improved to 4-0 after earning a 35-19 victory over previously No. 2 Montana Tech Saturday. College of Idaho is averaging nearly 49 points per game, ranking fourth nationally in scoring.

Montana Tech dropped four spots to No. 6 following its first loss of the season. The Orediggers are 4-1 overall after falling to College of Idaho in the nationally ranked matchup. Montana Tech had been ranked No. 2 in the Sept. 21 poll.

Carroll (Mont.) remained at No. 13 for the second consecutive week. The Fighting Saints carry a 3-1 overall record after defeating Rocky Mountain (Mont.) on the road last Saturday.

Dakota State (S.D.) rounds out the Frontier Conference teams in the Top 25 at No. 22. The Trojans slipped one spot from No. 21, despite improving to 4-1 on the season after a nail-biter 27-25 victory at Southern Oregon.

Montana Western also received votes (RV) in this week's national poll with an overall record of 2-2 after their victory at Dickinson State (N.D.). The Bulldogs were among eight teams listed outside the Top 25 receiving votes.

This Saturday marks the opening of the Frontier Conference divisional play in both East and West Divisions. Below is the schedule for Saturday’s contests (times in Mountain Time):
