RMC and MT earn 2025-26 Erck Hotels/Frontier Conference Women’s Basketball Players-of-the-Week No. 16 edition

HELENA, Mont. – Rocky Mountain (Mont.) and Montana Tech were listed to the 16th edition of the 2025-26 Erck Hotels/Frontier Conference Women’s Basketball Players-of-the-Week, announced by the conference office Monday.

Offensive Player of the Week: Brenna Linse, Rocky Mountain (Mont.)

Linse, a senior forward from Billings, Mont., was selected as the Offensive Player-of-the-Week.

She had a standout weekend, recording an ultra-efficient 20.0 points per game, making 17-of-20 from the field for an impressive 85 percent accuracy from the field. 

She also averaged 2.5 offensive rebounds and 3.5 assists per game. 

Linse scored 19 points on 7-of-9 field goals in RMC’s’ 89-69 win over (RV) MSU-Northern, followed by 21 points on 10-of-11 field goals in Battlin’ Bears 91-81 win over Providence (Mont.).

This is Linse’s second career Erck Hotels / Frontier Conference Player of the Week.

Defensive Player of the Week: Kylie Konen, Montana Tech

Konen, a freshman forward from Dillon, Mont., was selected as the Defensive Player-of-the-Week.

Konen blocked a total of eight times in No. 17 Montana Tech’s 81-38 win over Bellevue (Neb.).  Her eight blocks are the second most block in MT’s single-game program history. 

Konen added two blocks in Orediggers’ 78-68 win over No. 6 ranked Dakota State (S.D.). 

She totaled 10 blocks for the week, averaging 5.0 blocks per game.  She also averaged 2.0 defensive rebounds per game.

This is Konen’s first career Erck Hotels / Frontier Conference Player of the Week.
