RMC collects 2025 Erck Hotels/Frontier Men’s Outdoor Track & Field weekly awards for the second straight week

HELENA, Mont. – Rocky Mountain collected the 2025 Erck Hotels/Frontier Conference Men’s Outdoor Track & Field weekly honors sweep for the second straight week.

Outdoor Field Athlete-of-the-Week: Jay Jetmore, Rocky Mountain

Jetmore, a senior from Red Lodge, Mont., was selected as the Field Athlete-of-the-Week.

Jetmore cleared a NAIA ‘B’ provisional standard pole vault of 4.80 meters at the Montana State-Billings/Rocky Mountain College Open, which tied for third best mark in the NAIA this season.  He secured his fourth career trip to the NAIA Outdoor Track & Field National Championships at Rocky Mountain.

He also ran an anchor leg in the Battlin’ Bears 4 x 100-meter relay team that finished second with a time of 44.36 seconds. 

Outdoor Track Athlete-of-the-Week: Ryan LaMere, Rocky Mountain

LaMere, a freshman from Billings, Mont., was named the Track Athlete-of-the-Week for the second straight week.

LaMere tallied a new personal record time of 10.99 seconds in the 100-meter dash at the Montana State-Billings/Rocky Mountain College Open.  His time is the second fastest in program history.

LaMere also anchored the 4 x 100-meter relay team that ran the sixth fastest time in Battlin’ Bears history with a time of 43.58 seconds.
