HELENA, Mont. – The Frontier Conference will be holding their virtual media day for men’s and women’s cross country on Wednesday afternoon (Oct. 8).  Scott Crawford, FC’s Commissioner, will join with emcee Rocky Erickson, cross country coaches, and their top returners to talk about their season.

Everyone is encouraged to join and watch the virtual media day via Frontier Conference’s YouTube page (https://www.youtube.com/@FrontierConference1934), starting at 2 p.m. (Central Time)/1 p.m. (Mountain Time). 

The Frontier Conference cross country meet preview is set for Friday, hosted by Rocky Mountain (Mont.) in Billings.

Here is the schedule for the Frontier Conference media day (times in Mountain Time):

• 1:00-1:05 p.m. – Welcome and Recognitions by FC Commissioner Scott Crawford and emcee Rocky Erickson
• 1:05-1:15 p.m. – Bellevue (Neb.)
• 1:20-1:30 p.m. – Dakota State (S.D.)
• 1:35-1:45 p.m. – Valley City State (N.D.)
• 1:50-2:00 p.m. – Bismarck State (N.D.)
• 2:05-2:15 p.m. – Dickinson State (N.D.)
• 2:20-2:30 p.m. – Rocky Mountain (Mont.)
• 2:35-2:45 p.m. – MSU-Northern
• 2:50-3:00 p.m. – Carroll (Mont.)
• 3:05-3:15 p.m. – Providence (Mont.)
• 3:20-3:30 p.m. – Montana Tech
• 3:35-3:45 p.m. – Montana Western
• 3:50-4:00 p.m. – Wrap Up by Scott Crawford

The 2025 Frontier Conference Cross Country Championships are set for Friday, Nov. 7 at Amend Park in Billings, hosted by Rocky Mountain.  The women’s 6K race is set for 11:30 a.m. (Central Time)/10:30 a.m. (Mountain Time), followed by the men’s 8K race at 12:30 p.m. (CT)/11:30 a.m. (MT).

The 2025 NAIA Cross Country National Championships will be held at Apalachee Regional Park in Tallahassee, Fla., on Nov. 21.
