HELENA, Mont. – Dakota State (S.D.), Providence (Mont.), and Dickinson State (N.D.) were listed on the eighth installment of the 2025-26 Erck Hotels/Frontier Conference Women’s Volleyball Players-of-the-Week, announced Monday by the conference office.
Attacker of the Week: Lauryn Kloth, Dakota State (S.D.)
Kloth, a freshman middle hitter from Brandon, S.D., was chosen as the Attacker of the Week.
She committed just one attack error in 35 swings, collecting 25 total kills for the week as (RV) Dakota State (S.D.) earned a pair of home sweeps. She averaged an impressive 4.2 kills per set and hit an astounding .686. She collected nine blocks during the week (1.5 blocks per set).
Kloth had 11-of-14 kills and hit a season-best .786 in DaSU’s 3-0 victory over Valley City State (N.D.). She followed up with a season-high 14 kills and hit .619 in Trojans’ 3-0 victory over Mayville State (N.D.).
This is Kloth’s first career Erck Hotels / Frontier Conference Player of the Week award.
Setter of the Week: Bella Thompson, Providence (Mont.)
Thompson, a senior setter from Kapahulu, Oahu, was named as the Setter of the Week.
Thompson averaged 12.57 set assists per set as No. 3 Argos earned a pair of road wins at (RV) Montana Tech and Montana Western. She also averaged 3.14 digs and 1.29 blocks per set.
She posted a double-double of 38 set assists and 15 digs in UP’s 3-0 sweep at MT. She also had four blocks in the match. Thompson followed up with 50 set assists and seven digs in Argos’ 3-1 victory at UMW. She added five blocks.
This is Thompson’s 16
th career Erck Hotels / Frontier Conference Player of the Week award.
Defender of the Week: Samantha Oase, Dickinson State (N.D.)
Oase, a senior middle blocker from Reeder, N.D., was selected as the Defender of the Week.
Oase totaled 15 blocks (1.88 blocks per set) for the week as Dickinson State (N.D.) earned a pair of 3-1 victories over Rocky Mountain (Mont.) and No. 24 ranked Carroll (Mont.).
She collected eight blocks (2 solos, 6 assists) against the Battlin’ Bears, averaging 2.0 blocks per set. She added seven blocks (1 solo, 6 assists) versus the Saints (1.75 blocks per set).
This is Oase’s first career Erck Hotels / Frontier Conference Player of the Week award.
