HELENA, Mont. – A pair of athletes from Montana State-Northern and an athlete from Dakota State (S.D.) were selected to the tenth edition of the 2025-26 Erck Hotels/Frontier Conference Women’s Volleyball Players-of-the-Week honors, announced by the conference office Monday.
Attacker of the Week: Macee Selman, MSU-Northern
Selman, a senior setter from Ballantine, Mont., was chosen as the Attacker of the Week.
She totaled 31 kills in fueling the Skylights to a 2-0 record for the week on the road in the Frontier Conference action. She registered a triple-double with 16 kills (5.33 kills per set), 16 set assists (5.33 set assists), and 20 digs (6.67 digs per set) in MSU-N’s 3-0 victory at Mayville State (N.D.).
Selman followed up with 15 kills (5.0 kills per set) and 18 set assists (6.0 set assists) in Montana State-Northern’s 3-0 win at Valley City State (N.D.).
She hit .500 in both matches at MSU and VCSU.
This is Selman’s first career Erck Hotels / Frontier Conference Player of the Week award.
Setter of the Week: Maddi Langerock, Dakota State (S.D.)
Langerock, a senior setter from Balaton, Minn., was named Setter of the Week.
She posted a triple-double as a setter for the 24
th ranked Dakota State (S.D.) in their 3-1 road victory at Rocky Mountain (Mont.). She contributed 40 set assists, 16 digs, and 11 kills in the match for the Trojans. She registered a hitting percentage of .526.
Langerock earned a triple-double for the first time since Madalyn Groft during the 2023 season.
This is Langerock’s second career Erck Hotels / Frontier Conference Player of the Week award.
Defender of the Week: Baily Egan, MSU-Northern
Egan, a senior libero/defensive specialist from Colstrip, Mont., was selected as the Defender of the Week for the second straight week.
She averaged 8.67 digs per set in helping (RV) Montana State-Northern to a pair of road sweeps at Mayville State (N.D.) and Valley City State (N.D.).
Egan racked up 35 digs (11.67 digs per set) in the Skylights’ victory over the Comets, followed by 17 digs (5.67 digs per set in MSU-N’s win over the Vikings. She contributed eight set assists and two service aces for the week.
This is Egan’s fourth career Erck Hotels / Frontier Conference Player of the Week award.
