Separate from the American Football Coaches Association's NAIA All-America squad, until this year the AP named only a Little All-America team with a combination of NCAA Division II, III and NAIA players. The NAIA All-America team was released Friday but not distributed to Frontier Conference schools with representation. Trosin, a senior quarterback, was a first-team AP selection, just as he'd been on the AFCA-NAIA list. The Frontier Offensive Player of the Year threw for 31 touchdowns and seven interceptions, completed 62.5 percent of his attempts and ranked second in the NAIA in passing yards (347.4) and total offense (380.5) per game. On the run, he totaled 430 yards with seven more TDs. Rogers was a second-team selection after being left off the AFCA-NAIA team despite totaling 12 sacks, the third-most in the NAIA. He had 54 tackles on the line, including eight in the quarterfinals and nine in the semifinals of the NAIA Championship Series. In total, he made 16 tackles for losses, including five in those two rounds of the playoffs. The Raiders finished 10-0 in the Frontier and 12-1 overall. They were No. 5 in the national poll at the end of the regular season. The postseason poll will be released Tuesday.
