Outdoor Track Athlete-of-the-Week: 4 x 800-meter relay team, Rocky Mountain
Given the cold and windy conditions, the Battlin’ Bears 4 x 800-meter relay team of Grace Timm, Tyne Stokes, Maya Pearcy, and Kallyn Wilkins put together a strong effort.
They ran the third fastest time in program history, finishing in nine minutes, 33.62 seconds to win the relay title at the Montana State-Billings/RMC Open.
The 4 x 800-meter relay team came up short of the NAIA ‘B’ provisional qualifying standards.
