Outdoor Track Athlete-of-the-Week: Kellan Wahl, Rocky Mountain
Wahl, a senior from Billings, Mont., was named the Track Athlete-of-the-Week.
Wahl set a new personal best and program re cord in the 100-meter dash, winning the event with a time of 12.23 seconds for RMC at the Yellowjacket/Battlin’ Bears Icebreaker Open. She also recorded the fourth best 200-meters time in 26.40 seconds.
Wahl also ran the opening leg on the winning 4 x 100-meter relay team with a time of 50.04 seconds. That time is the second best in Rocky Mountain’s program history.
